The Opportunity

We’re seeking an entry-level Medical Assistant (MA) for a hybrid role that combines:

• Medical weight-loss client care (GLP-1 program)
• Client service coordination in our med spa
  

This is an exciting opportunity for someone enthusiastic about health, wellness, and aesthetics, with a passion for delivering outstanding client care. No prior experience in aesthetics required — training provided.

Responsibilities

GLP-1 & Weight Loss Client Care

• Intake daily weight-loss clients.
• Record vital signs (BP, weight, BMI, allergies, etc.).
• Administer intramuscular and subcutaneous injections, including GLP-1.
• Motivate and coach clients on their weight loss journey.
• Counsel patients on treatment plans and product options.

• Perform other duties, special projects, or initiatives as assigned by executive leadership, including those outside the scope of this job description, as needed to support the evolving priorities of the organization.

Client Service Coordination

• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage check-in/check-out.
• Provide world-class service consistent with Alchemy 43 brand standards.
• Assist providers by prepping treatment rooms, sanitizing post-treatment, and supporting with setup.
• Prepare clients for treatments (makeup removal, cleansing, applying numbing cream).
• Assist with practice flow to ensure efficiency throughout the day.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and retail sales.

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Medical Assistant (MA); phlebotomy certification a plus.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with strong communication skills.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced med spa environment.
• Passion for health, wellness, and aesthetics.
• Bilingual preferred, but not required.
• Must be available Tuesdays, Fridays & Saturdays.

Travel Requirements:

The Float General Manager will be required to travel to all stores in the Houston market and will need access to transportation for travel between locations.
