🎯 Role Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Ground Sales Operation Officer (Intern) to join our team. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building customer relationships and driving growth on the ground.
🛠 Responsibilities
- Execute BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities in assigned regions
- Conduct market research to support new initiatives and customer satisfaction
- Drive customer onboarding, acquisition, and retention
- Manage customer negotiations and handle escalations
- Ensure profitability and performance across assigned territories
💼 Skills Required
- Languages: Hindi & Kannada (Telugu/Tamil a plus)
- Basic computer and mobile/e-commerce literacy
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Understanding of financial metrics (P&L, ROI, etc.)
- Sales execution and team coordination
- Customer relationship and B2B sales experience
- Familiarity with tech platforms and mobile apps
- Traits: Humble, Honest, Hustler, High Energy
✅ Preferred Background
- Experience in vendor management or retail sales
- Minimum 3 months managing sales or operations teams
- Industry exposure in Retail, Agriculture, FMCG
