We are seeking an experienced SCCM Administrator to manage and maintain our global SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) environment, including a large vSphere virtualization infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience administering SCCM and vSphere deployments, with strong troubleshooting skills and a commitment to best practices for stability, performance, and security.
What will your job look like?
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize SCCM infrastructure and deployment performance across regions.
- Manage the lifecycle of SCCM services, including periodic upgrades, patch management, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, network, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance.
- Communicate regularly and concisely with management regarding relevant issues, project status, and health infrastructure.
- Apply critical thinking and basic project management practices when planning tasks, organizing workload, and tracking SCCM-related projects.
- Ensure adherence to established IT/IS standards, policies, and procedures for SCCM and related environments.
- Maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures for SCCM and virtualization platforms.

Must have:
- 3–5 years of proven hands-on experience administering Microsoft SCCM (Current Branch) in enterprise environments.
- Application/package deployment, OS deployment, patch management, and compliance settings.
- SCCM infrastructure management (site servers, distribution points, management points).
- Troubleshooting SCCM client and server issues.
- 3–5 years of experience in VMware vSphere administration.
- Experience building automated scripts using PowerShell for SCCM and Windows automation.
- 3–5 years of experience managing and troubleshooting Windows Server environments.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and certificate management as they relate to SCCM.
- High proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Added Advantage:
- Experience with Intune, Co-management, or hybrid SCCM/Intune environments.
- Familiarity with SQL Server administration and SCCM reporting (SSRS).
- Experience with endpoint security, MDE and compliance policies.
- Understanding of MFA/SSO technologies (e.g., Azure AD, Okta) and their integration with SCCM.
- Familiarity with hardening guides for Windows Server and endpoint operating systems.
- Basic experience with hardware management tools (e.g., HPE OneView, Dell OpenManage, iDRAC, iLO).
- Experience working in large-scale environments (6,000+ endpoints).
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
