Freelance - SAP PP/PS Consultant (M/F) bei Teamwork Corporate

We are supporting a Swiss manufacturer in a SAP ECC roll-out covering SD, MM, WM, CS, PP, QM, FI/CO, and selected PLM components.

The project will first run in Losone (Ticino) for 12 months, before continuing with the Bienne roll-out (Nov 2026 – Nov 2027) with ideally the same core team.

Key focus areas:

• Planning: demand management, MRP, capacity planning (CM21/dispatching)
• Manufacturing execution: production orders (CTO with PS integration, collective orders, rework/refurbishment/prototypes)
• Functions: time event confirmations, staging (WM/EWM), handling ongoing production changes (config/technical), serialization & traceability
• Project System (PS): machine & R&D projects, WBS & networks, cost planning, CATS

Main activities:

• Train and support key-users on PP/PS flows
• Participate in iterative implementation runs (Run #1 & Run #2)
• RICEF: identification, specification, testing & validation
• Data migration support & UAT execution
• Documentation & preparation of end-user training

• 8+ years of experience as SAP PP/PS consultant in industrial/manufacturing environments
• Deep expertise in MRP, production orders, capacity planning, and PS integration
• Hands-on experience with Configurable-to-Order production and complex manufacturing flows
• Strong knowledge of WM/EWM integration and serialization/traceability processes
• Previous project experience with end-to-end roll-outs and Fit/Gap analysis
• Ability to support change management and user training effectively
• Fluency in English (Italian or French is a plus)

Key details:

• 📅 Duration: Oct 2025 – Oct 2026 (12 months)
• ⏱ Workload: ~4 days/week (174 days), 50% onsite (87 days)
• 📍 Location: Losone (Ticino, Switzerland) the 1st 12 months - Biel afterwards
• 🌐 Languages: English required (Italian and/or French is a plus)
