As a strategic advisor within a dynamic team, you will leverage your expertise to:

• Advise clients on labour relations and employment law matters;

• Develop effective labour relations strategies;

• Represent clients before administrative and judicial bodies;

• Contribute to the firm’s business development efforts.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Significant experience appearing before specialized labour tribunals and administrative bodies

• Autonomy, attention to detail, and strong priority management skills

• Assets: knowledge of the municipal, education, or occupational health and safety sectors
