Locations: Logan Health Medical Center (Kalispell) & Logan Health Whitefish
Schedule: 8:00 am–5:00 pm or 8:00 am–4:30 pm.
Logan Health is looking for a Senior Department Assistant to support our Infusion teams in both Kalispell and Whitefish. This is more than an administrative role — you’ll be the go-to resource for staff, patients, and leadership, ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
This is a Monday–Friday role with alternating locations.

What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary contact and resource for staff and patients.
Provide senior-level administrative and technical support to Infusion leadership.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, reports, and departmental operations.
Assist with budget preparation, invoicing, and financial tracking.
Support credentialing, compliance, and insurance processes.
Maintain accurate record-keeping and oversee regulatory documentation.
Provide orientation and training for new employees.
Help the department run smoothly by anticipating needs and setting priorities.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves (one of the following):
2+ years in an administrative, medical office, customer service, bookkeeping, or similar role.
OR post-high school education or vocational training in healthcare.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of medical terminology, scheduling, or medical front office experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems.
Comfortable with multi-line phones and fast-paced environments.
Understanding of HIPAA/confidentiality standards.
Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.

Shift:
Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America)Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
