Simpson Door Company is currently seeking Production Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a manufacturing team environment, with a focus on quality and working safely.

Responsibilities:

 Work on a variety of machines and work centers, safely and efficiently.

• Use various power hand tools and equipment (orbital sanders, bander, box knife, hammer, cordless drill, tape gun, hot iron, chop saw, door lifts, panel saw, etc.) while making and assembling our high-quality doors.
• Must follow company safety procedures and policies and encourage a safe work environment for all team members.

Qualifications:

• Enjoy working as a team as well as independently.
• Be reliable and able to work overtime as needed.
• Be detail-oriented and produce quality work.
• MUST be able to read a tape measure and have good basic math skills.
• Be familiar with hand and power wood working tools.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience.
• Solid work history with good references.
• Be able to pass a drug screen that includes testing for THC.

Monday - Friday 7 AM-3:30 PM                         $21.82 per hour
