Reporting to the Manager of Information Technology, as the Systems Engineer you will lead a defined set of IT technical services and therefore be accountable for accurate measurement, communication of priorities and quality assurance for those domains/projects. This work is done by working with and through a combination of internal and external partners/systems integrator. The Systems Engineer works in collaboration with managed services providers to increase effectiveness, improve upon efficiency and where applicable, collaborate on use of technology that enables work to shift to benefit the enterprise.
Position Responsibilities
Promote development of more self-service and automated systems management / provisioning solutions
Build processes that enable the business to move fast, without incident or downtime
Act on tickets from outsourcing service provider and see them through remediation and problem resolution
Collaborate with our third-party service partner to ensure partner centric service delivery
Ensure capabilities and support are defined and at appropriate levels for service delivery
Asset Management for assigned sites
Perform other duties as assigned
Domestic Travel: Up to 15%
Position Requirements
You will work in a team as well as independently
Lead team members on initiatives that are prioritized by the business
You will work with multiple internal company IT organizations
Experience interacting with Vendors and IT outsourcer
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Problem solving ability (troubleshooting, prioritization, and escalation skills)
Planning skills
Ability to tie together solutions across systems
Knowledge of required technologies (incl. 3rd party solutions)
Understanding of future technologies

Compensation:
Pay Range:$59,000-$78,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
