What You’ll Be Doing (but it’s never boring)
- Delivering thoughtful, high-level care — wellness, diagnostics, surgeries, dentistry, you name it.
- Building a client base you’re proud of (and keeping them coming back).
- Being an ambassador: community events, outreach, education.
- Working closely with teammates, lifting each other up, and shaping hospital culture.
- Managing complex cases, prioritizing urgent needs, and staying organized.
- Explaining care plans and preventive medicine clearly — pet parents should feel heard and empowered.
The Basics (but not the heavy part)
- DVM (or equivalent)
- Veterinary license in good standing
- Confident in soft tissue surgery + dentistry
- Great communicator + client-centered mindset
