We have an immediate opening for Assistant Project Manager to work with Commercial Kitchen equipment, HVAC, and Refrigeration installation projects. You will work closely with the Project Managers and different departments within Quick Servant Co. to coordinate and execute Installation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Proposals, Quotes, and Submittals based on customer requests and/or prints.
• Schedule Project Meetings to keep Supervisors and Relevant departments up to date on current activities.
• Actively communicate with Dealers, Reps, and Contractors to stay on project timelines
• Work with management team to actively build and maintain positive relationships with both active and potential clients.
• Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
• Process client invoicing promptly and accurately according to estimate projections
• Monitor installation status to coordinate and prioritize call schedules.
• Data entry for service logs and call records.
• Monitor projects to determine needed resources including manpower, equipment and materials to stay on budget and schedule.
• Active listener with excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Sound judgement and critical think in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• General understanding of the Foodservice/Hospitality industry, equipment, and operations
• Preferred experience and knowledge in the Foodservice/Hospitality industry
• Advanced knowledge of estimating strategies and techniques
• Understanding of construction procedures, project and budget management principles, materials, and risk management policies.
• Outstanding communication (verbal and written), negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Team player able to collaborate across departments to complete tasks.
• Professional, ethical, and motivated team player willing to grow with the company.
• Able to pass drug test and Criminal Background Check to permit clearance to Military and Government Facilities.
