Job Title: Inventory Clerk
Department: Executive Department
Reports To: Tracy Ingram
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

SUMMARY
Performs clerical duties and record keeping for Inventory Director of Northside Auto Group. Performs other duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Essential duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Stocks in inventory units for Northside Chevrolet.
- Downloads vehicle invoices for Northside Chevrolet.
- Functions as a backup receptionist for Chevrolet, Honda, and Mercedes as needed.
- Schedules courtesy deliveries for Chevrolet and delivers courtesy deliveries.
- Processes courtesy delivery paperwork for Chevrolet.
- Assists Inventory Director as needed.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Maintain track of DRAC units and contracts.
- Processes dealer trade paperwork for Chevrolet.
- Maintains and delivers supplies for Northside Chevrolet, Northside Chevrolet Bodyshop, and supplies for Northside Honda.
- Maintains new vehicle owner’s manuals, 2nd key and CPO 2nd keys.
- Maintains Inventory of Ink Cartridges for Chevrolet.
- Fed Ex contracts and documents for finance dept.
- Maintain Chevrolet dealer plates.
- Daily UTN’s for trade units, Northside Auto Group.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three months’ related office/clerical experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to other employees of the organization.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
