As an MGA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you can expect:

Qualifications:
  • Active LPN Nursing License in good standing in the state of North Carolina (required)
  • Current CPR certification with BLS (required)
  • Six months of recent experience as a Nurse in a clinical care setting (preferred)
  • Home health experience (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative healthcare team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days and nights
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in home healthcare
