At AllHealth Network (AHN), we’re a community mental health provider dedicated to enhancing mental health care through innovative technology and data-driven insights. We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Data Management team and help us transform healthcare data into meaningful insights that drive real impact.
Role Overview:
As a Data Analyst / BI Analyst Intern, you will support our team in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources. You will also help build dashboards, generate reports, and provide insights that will guide decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Collection & Cleaning: Assist in gathering data from our EHR systems (e.g., SmartCare, Kipu) and other internal sources. Ensure the accuracy and cleanliness of data sets.
• Analysis & Reporting: Perform basic data analysis to identify trends and patterns. Create reports and visualizations using BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Dashboard Development: Help design and maintain interactive dashboards that provide actionable insights for our teams.
• Collaboration & Learning: Work closely with data modelers, database engineers, and the AI team to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.

As part of this internship, you’ll gain hands-on experience with healthcare data challenges and see firsthand how data analytics informs mental health initiatives. You’ll also have opportunities to develop your technical skills and learn from experienced mentors.

• Interns must be affiliated with an accredited academic program during their placement with AllHealth Network. • Interns may not practice in any language other than English unless they have passed the Human Resources approved proficiency examination.
• Those offered internship positions are required to complete the background check process and other onboarding requirements, as outlined by Human Resources.
• Interns are expected to attend New Employee Orientation (NEO) as well as other required new hire and internship trainings and to complete all mandatory agency wide staff training requirements. Interns are also expected to give constructive feedback that evaluates their training and supervision experience and to be engaged in the learning process.
• Interns are expected to participate in the development of a performance improvement plan if one is needed.
• Interns are expected to keep track of their hours as they accrue, per the requirements of their academic program.
• Video and audio taping of sessions is not permitted.
Title and Hours required:
• Intern must receive academic credit for completing internship
• Availability to complete hours between Monday - Friday (days and times can be flexible with student’s schedule) with potential for hybrid placement.
• A minimum of 12-16 hours per week along with a 1 semester commitment. The placement typically follows the academic year and begins in the Winter/Spring 2026 semester.

Minimum Qualifications and # of openings:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn in a collaborative environment.
