Talent Acquisition and Workforce Specialist bei Luther Manor

As our Talent Acquisition and Workforce Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our employees and helping us grow strong teams. You’ll manage a large recruitment workload while building meaningful relationships across the organization.

·         Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.

·         Support preboarding to create a seamless new hire experience.

·         Develop proactive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

·         Partner with leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver hiring results.

·         Conduct HR file audits and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

·         Support employee relations, benefits, leave management, and engagement initiatives.
