Hourly Rate: $35.35 – $43.54 (WT 2.1 to 3.4 + casual loading)

About the Role

We are seeking passionate and flexible Casual Educators to join our team at Busy Bees at Oxley. This role is perfect for educators who value flexibility and variety while working across a high-quality early learning service.

As a Casual Educator, you will:

• Support daily routines and programs across different age groups

• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children

• Assist in implementing the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality outcomes

What You’ll Need

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA recognised)

• Current ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration

• Current First Aid & CPR certification

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Flexibility and reliability to support the centre when required
