About the role:

We are looking for a driven and passionate Territory Manager to join our high-performing team on a permanent full-time basis, covering the Cairns region. This territory covers from Tully to Mossman.  The Territory Manager will report to the Zone Manager and will contribute to the continued development of our iconic market-leading brands by growing and maintaining business partnerships in the grocery channel.

What your day looks like:

• Lead and mentor a team of 3 part time direct reports
• Superior execution against compliance activities and incremental opportunities
• Strict adherence to provided OH & S guidelines
• Contribute effectively as a member of the QLD field team
• Effective management of your merchandiser budget
• Liaising with key decision makers in store
