You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping behaviours, building literacy, and driving enterprise-wide engagement with AI. From senior leaders to frontline users, you’ll empower teams to use AI confidently, ethically, and in alignment with Bupa’s values.Important Note: This is not a technical role. It is focused on people, culture, and business, driving change in how we work and fostering an AI-ready mindset across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and consult on responsible AI adoption, balancing innovation with risk management.Design and execute a behaviour and cultural uplift plan to enhance Data & AI literacy.Collaborate with CDO leadership and business stakeholders to build role-specific capabilities.Develop engaging campaign materials to support enterprise-wide learning and culture change.Manage and evolve Bupa’s Data & AI literacy program to foster responsible AI use.Champion AI engagement through internal events and initiatives.Build trusted relationships across business and functional areas.What You'll BringExperience leading large-scale organisational change, especially people-focused initiatives.Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to engage with diverse stakeholder groupsAbility to plan and deliver measurable benefits.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Innovative thinking and a passion for driving cultural transformation.Why Bupa?At Bupa, you’ll be part of a purpose-driven organisation that values innovation, integrity, and impact.
