Overview:
We’re looking for a meticulous, well-organized teammate to support our Operations/Finance team. You’ll handle day-to-day administrative and finance tasks, with a strong focus on validating and approving expenses in Coverflex. Hybrid work model (3x times per week).
What are we looking for?
- Experience with validation, approve, and reconcile Coverflex expenses (policies, limits, documentation).
- Review and post invoices and receipts (vendors and internal expenses).
- Support bank reconciliations and monthly close schedules.
- Manage advances and reimbursements, ensuring tax compliance (VAT).
- Keep the digital archive organized for compliance and audits.
- Provide administrative support to the team (payment scheduling, vendor follow-ups, employee questions).
- 1–3 years’ experience in administrative/finance roles (or relevant internship).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ownership.
- Good command of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with expense platforms (e.g., Coverflex).
- Basic knowledge of accounting and VAT.
