Nasdaq Corporate Platforms is looking for a hardworking and persistent Sales Executive to join our Mumbai based team in India.
As a Sales Executive, you will grow the Nasdaq Governance Solutions business in India, with a specific focus to Mumbai region, working alongside the team based in Bangalore, India and the rest of Asia Pacific. You and the team will be working together to sell Nasdaq Boardvantage; a collaboration software that transforms the way that board and leadership teams are meeting and communicating. The team partners with over half of the Fortune 500 companies, 48% of Nifty 50, as well as thousands of public and private organizations, who rely on our solution to accelerate decision-making, enhance collaboration and improve governance of critical information and documents. You will primarily be communicating and selling to Senior Executives, C-suite and Directors. You will further help support marketing efforts in region by working closely with our marketing team on effective campaigns, events, and other activities to drive opportunity.

Your role and responsibilities:
You will be part of the Distributed team primarily be communicating and selling to Senior Executives, C-suite and Directors. You will further help support marketing efforts in region by working closely with our marketing team on effective campaigns, events, and other activities to drive opportunity.
Furthermore, you will:
Drive new business to achieve individual/team and organizational quota and business objectives.
Grow, develop, and complete your pipeline with your manager, Marketing, and Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to drive new business in India.
Perform software presentations
Meet face to face with Senior Level executives
Understand client’s needs to build and present proposals
Ensure opportunities are accurately constructed, updated, and maintained in Salesforce, providing weekly status updates/projections.
Attend conferences and industry-related events as requested.
Stay abreast of industry standard processes to advise customers.
Manage a defined territory.
We are a highly metric-driven team, and you will use Salesforce daily to track activities, manage sales pipeline and opportunities, and ensure you are meeting or exceeding all KPIs.

Minimum 6+ years of successful experience in selling SaaS solutions as a Sales Executive.
Ability to generate leads, prospect, and identify new business opportunities
Knowledge of governance, risk and compliance would be beneficial.
Experience working with Senior Management / C-suite / Executives
Experience leading customers through the sales process (pre-sale through post-sale);
Be solution and customer focused, with the ability to meet and handle multiple priorities across a variety of teams simultaneously.
Possess excellent communication, presentation, and networking capability.
Ability to work well within a small team based in Bangalore, India in addition to working closely with your extended team across Asia Pacific.
Travel is required.
Our work arrangement is hybrid. You will be coming into the office 3 days per week and meeting with customers face to face.
