Skills and Competencies
- 4+ years experience in credit/financial data analysis and project management.
- In-depth understanding of structured finance and capital markets
- Independently manage multiple projects while collaborating with analysts, managers, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver timely, high-quality outcomes
- Highly dependable, with strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills in fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal abilities
Education
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business/Accounting
- CFA / FRM preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead projects supporting data, ratings, research, and analytical outreach
- Serve as process owner for one or more processes, driving re-engineering and improvements
- Deliver complex data, research, and data processing tasks for use in models
- Independently interact with stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely results
- Provide technical and process guidance to junior team members on methodology updates and credit ratings
- Perform data intake tasks, including scrubbing and validating data for research and ratings
- Manage project and stakeholder relationships, including allocation of work and workload pipeline
- Train new hires and mentor team members on technical work and credit opinions
- Provide feedback to manager on quality and accuracy of team output; conduct initial reviews and quality assessments
- Lead or participate in working groups to analyze methodology updates and implement process changes
