Purpose

The PMO analyst will drive integration between key business systems, develop global dashboards, and ensure accurate monitoring and reporting of R&D and RUN operations. This role will also enable operational excellence through process trainings and governance reviews

This role ensures that related activities are defined and executed in the most efficient way and in line with the business strategy, quality standards and cost.

Key Missions

We are hiring for a PMO Analyst based at Noida. 

1. Systems Integration & Reporting Automation
•    Link Jira to EPM to generate Delivery, R&D & RUN performance reports.
•    Integrate Salesforce Modules to improve revenue forecasting and capacity planning with internal tools
•    Maintain Power BI – EPM – Jira integration and ensure report availability.

2. R&D Monitoring & Stakeholder Communication
•    Set up and monitor R&D baselines.
•    Build and maintain the R&D monitoring dashboard.
•    Monitor qualitative timesheets and highlight trends.
•    Prepare stakeholder presentations and provide inputs to product reviews.
•    Participate in product governance reviews.

3. Global Dashboards & Governance
•    Develop and maintain global dashboards to monitor Digital metrics for end users including the PMO Team
•    Support governance reviews to ensure process adherence.

4. Training & Change Enablement
•    Deliver trainings on systems & tools
•    Provide ongoing support across all Business Lines.

5. Resource Administration & Timesheet tracking

•    Manage resources in the timetracking system liaising with Team leaders, managers and IT Business Systems
•    Ensure that timsheets are submitted by resources and approved by Status managers on a weekly basis

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Successful integration of Jira, EPM, Salesforce, and Power BI (measured by report accuracy and availability).
  • Global RUN dashboard and PMO checkpoints delivered and actively used.
  • Timely completion of billing requests and 100% revenue-to-contract alignment.
  • Completion of all scheduled trainings with positive participant feedback.
  • R&D monitoring dashboards and stakeholder presentations delivered on schedule.
