About the Role
Cosmetic Physician Partners (CPP) is growing rapidly and we’re looking for a Strategic Recruiting Specialist to play a critical role in building our talent pipelines. You’ll be at the forefront of identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to fuel the expansion of our clinics across North America. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role for someone who thrives in search, thrives on results, and is motivated by the challenge of finding the right leaders and clinicians to drive our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain pipelines of high-quality candidates in targeted markets
- Identify and recruit physicians for clinic succession opportunities
- Source and attract experienced injectors to lead new (“de novo”) clinic openings
- Recruit practice managers to oversee clinic operations
- Fill injector roles for existing clinics with coverage needs or growth gaps
Requirements
- Based in Montreal, QC
- Willingness to travel ~10% of time (once every other month)
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, executive search, or headhunting (any industry)
- Demonstrated ability to find and close passive candidates in competitive markets
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset — resourceful, driven, and results-oriented
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- English fluency required
