Logistics Coordinator

A Logistics coordinator manages and plans the movement of goods and product through company’s supply chain. Coordination of key processes and documentation in the overall import & export logistics includes transport and inventory processes.  

Responsibilities

• Support inbound and outbound daily tasks including monitoring and tracking shipping schedules, arrange the shipments and receipt of goods.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation such as Bill of Lading, customs documentations. 
• Responsible for communication with the stake holders on shipments.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with factories, carriers and 3PLs.

Experience Level

• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational to be able to manage multiple tasks, deadline and details simultaneously
• Problem-solving, critical thinking and interpersonal skills

Bonus points if you have these: 

• “Can do” attitude and willingness to learn more on Supply Chain
• Proficient and adaptable with technology such as ERP, WMS, Microsoft Excel,
