In this role, you'll receive comprehensive training to become proficient in the intricacies of the Royal Navy's Trident Strategic Weapon System. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with our seasoned instructor team to deliver top-notch technical training aligned with the statement of training requirement.
- Inspire and mentor trainees with infectious enthusiasm, ensuring the highest standards of training excellence are upheld.
- Provide hands-on support for both practical and theoretical training sessions, catering to the needs of both the Royal Navy and our industry partners at the Trident Training Facility.
- Conduct thorough reviews of training documentation under the guidance of the Training Delivery Associate Manager, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Embrace shift work as necessary to support the Royal Navy's Training and Trident Enterprise Support Trainer Programs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of approved documentation, health and safety regulations, and compliance standards to uphold the integrity of the Trident Program and meet company requirements.
