MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA. This position is on-site. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Receiving and checking deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is deliveredSigning delivery notes upon receipt of shipmentsPreparing shipping documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing Lists, and FEDEX shipmentTransporting material and equipment as necessary from ManTech warehouses for shipmentAuditing and balancing inventoryEstablishing and maintaining stock records and other documents such as inventory, material control, accounting, and supply reportsReviewing and verifying quantities received against BOMs (build of materials), PO (purchase orders), and shipping documentsTracking status of procurements in government systems like JiraUpdating and maintaining real costs of procurements and shipping in a trackerMaintaining a company purchasing cardResearching materials, vendors, and procuring equipment in support of projectsAbility to maintain and utilize a Corporate Purchase card in support of projects as requiredUp to 25% travel required for both CONUS and OCONUS locationsMinimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent6+ years of experience in Navy warehouse or logisticsExperience in material procurement and purchase card practicesExperience working with various vendorsWarehouse experiencePreferred Qualifications:Demonstrates competency with policy, procedures, equipment, and suppliesFamiliarity with warehouse operations and inventory management system tasking such as DPAS, 1149’s and ERP systemsClearance Requirements:US Citizenship required and an active Secret Security clearance to start on programPhysical Requirements:Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneeMust be able to push, pull, and reachFrequent communication with co-workers, management, and customersMust be able to exchange accurate information in these situations Jetzt bewerben
