The Systems Programmer/Analyst role is to develop and maintain interfaces and custom processes that support core business functions. This position is the company expert on .NET languages, Microsoft SQL Server, and API development. Additional responsibilities involve database administration and data modeling.

- Designs, develops, and implements interfaces and integrations for various company systems and APIs.
- Develops and supports enterprise-level data pipelines and processes.
- Administers various databases across the enterprise.
- Provides guidance on database and application development.
- Deploys new enhancements, including planning, configuration, testing, and support.
- Documents project plans, business requirements, functional diagrams, test scripts, and troubleshooting guides.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- This position has not supervisory responsibilities.
Preferred Education and/or Experience:
- College diploma or university degree, preferably in the field of computer science and/or 2 years equivalent work experience.
- Experience with API development and system integrations.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server or database administration.
- Experience developing web services.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience with .NET development.
- Hands-on with object-oriented programming languages and Windows scripting.
- Working knowledge of middleware software or API development.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and related services.
- Understanding of current network protocols, operating systems, and standards, including TCP/IP.
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Customer service skills are an asset.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.

- The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 lbs., while performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit for long periods of time and occasionally stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk and hear.
- Will be the Level 2 and Level 3 support for on-call Help Desk Technicians with interface and database issues. This will require carrying a cell phone and assisting via the telephone after hours as needed.
- Physically able to participate in sessions, presentations, and meetings.
- Some travel may be required for the purpose of training and meeting with vendors, suppliers, service providers, or off-site contractors.
