We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Marketing Specialist to support CareRing Health’s talent acquisition function. This role bridges the gap between recruiting operations and employer branding, ensuring that candidates experience a seamless, engaging, and compelling journey from first impression to hire.
The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in recruiting processes (sourcing, screening, candidate experience) and a passion for recruitment marketing (social media, job postings, brand campaigns). This individual will actively manage our online employment brand presence, optimize candidate pipelines, and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to attract and retain top talent.
Responsibilities:Recruiting Support (60%)
- Partner with operations to screen, schedule, and communicate with candidates in a timely manner.
- Ensure Quick Apply and candidate-friendly processes are managed and optimized.
- Maintain candidate pipelines in ATS (iCIMS) and support database mining initiatives.
- Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, applicant flow, candidate quality).
Employer Branding & Marketing (40%)
- Manage company presence on job boards (Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Overhaul and maintain job posting templates and ensure EVP is consistently presented.
- Launch and manage review campaigns (Glassdoor/Indeed/QR codes).
- Create, post, and manage content (employee stories, hiring events, career growth opportunities).
- Collaborate with Marketing to align imagery, banners, and messaging with overall brand.
- Monitor analytics (click-throughs, cost per applicant/hire, page traffic) and recommend improvements.
- Test recruitment campaigns (ad spend allocation, landing pages, employer branding ads).
- 2–4 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or marketing (healthcare preferred).
- Understanding of ATS systems (iCIMS a plus).
- Familiarity with job boards (Indeed, Glassdoor, LinkedIn) and social media platforms.
- Strong writing and content creation skills (copy, social posts, job ads).
- Data-driven mindset with ability to track, analyze, and report on recruitment marketing metrics.
- Creative eye for visuals and branding consistency.
- Passion for employer branding and candidate experience.
