We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business needs and the technical ServiceNow implementation team. You will gather and analyze requirements, document processes, and ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions that enhance IT service management and other business workflows. 

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business processes and requirements related to ServiceNow platform.

  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for ServiceNow developers and administrators.

  • Participate in the design, configuration, and enhancement of ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM,  CSM, ITBM, and other modules.

  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, clarify business objectives, and prioritize features.

  • Perform gap analysis between current state and desired future state solutions.

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by creating test plans, test cases, and coordinating testing efforts.

  • Assist in change management, communication, and training related to ServiceNow deployments and upgrades.

  • Monitor project progress and escalate risks or issues to project managers as needed.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and external vendors to deliver solutions.

  • Maintain documentation such as user guides, process flows, and requirements traceability matrices.

  • Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with ServiceNow implementations.

  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and frameworks (e.g., ITIL).

  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, or others.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional solutions.

  • Proficiency in documenting business processes, workflows, and technical requirements.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
