As a Coach focused on transformative change, your role is to inspire teams and leaders, and senior leaders improve how they solve hard problems in ways that benefit our customers and work for our business. You will be part of a global community passionate about developing extraordinary technology solutions to help people live their best lives.
Your day could look like this:
- Coach leaders on how to shift leadership styles and accountability that aligns with healthy agile, product management and organizational agility. Helping them create an environment where people can do their best work. Measured by and accountable to outcomes, not outputs.
- Coach cross-functional teams and leaders on agile, scrum, lean, and product techniques and frameworks that are fit for purpose, but work cohesively together.
- Collaborate with coaches, leadership, and product teams to change the way we work to deliver solutions our customers and users love.
- Enable leaders and teams to continuously improve what they build, how they build it, and the environment in which they do their best work.
- Pair with colleagues to curate and lead coaching engagements that are responsive and in keeping with our vision of the future. Driven by share goals with our internal clients, coaching plans, and measurement.
- Encourage and bring diverse views together to solve problems in an innovative way.
- Build strong relationship across multiple functions and disciplines to enable even better change in the way people work.
We are looking for someone with:
- You have demonstrated leadership (formal or informal) in a hybrid business-technology organization operating with agility and product.
- You have the demonstrated ability to lead transformative change at a team and team of team level.
- You have the ability to engage with delivery professionals, engineers, designers, and leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
- You have 8+ years in an agile, product, design setting.
- You are a coach with 2+ years coaching and mentoring at the top of craft
- You value principles over frameworks.

- Ability to learn multiple functions of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing

Work Environments
This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, Charlotte, NC or Raleigh, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
