Compensation $23.00
Location: Mableton, GA
Shift: Monday to Friday 6am to 2:30pm
Responsibilities:This position is responsible for maintaining a total inventory of assigned Company products through tracking, examining, stocking and distributing materials.
- Maintain inventory control through thorough checking and documentation of all inventoried items on route trucks returning to the facility
- Verify load sheets and ensure trucks receive correct equipment and product on load outs for the next delivery date
- Complete daily charting of variances, damaged product, loading accuracy and report that the trucks were uploaded properly and efficiently
- Record appropriate inventory data into the Oracle inventory management system
- Take complete daily floor and vehicle inventory counts and enter them into the Oracle system
- Investigate variances through review of various reports and worksheets
- Schedule appointments and all inbound shipments
- Process all weekly branch orders – picking, checking, billing & shipping
- Maintain an updated warehouse bin location system for all items on inventory
- Receive all inbound purchase orders and internal orders into oracle; report any discrepancies
- Print count sheets for monthly inventory; follow detailed count procedures to maintain SOX compliance
- Clear interface daily
- Complete monthly date checks of all items with expiration dates
- Enter inter-organization transfers as required
- Order warehouse supplies (stretch film, tape, etc.)
- Physically strong and able to lift a minimum of 50lbs repetitively.

- Forklift certificate a strong asset.
