We have a strong commitment to building world-class products and culture, and we’re looking to add a curious, value-focused, and innovative individual who loves solving interesting problems. In this role, you will be delivering high-quality, well-tested software from front to back with a focus on security and maintainability. This is a highly independent, strategic role requiring deep technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to deliver measurable results that directly impact enterprise QA initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a role model for other test engineers, contributes to enterprise-wide quality initiatives, and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality work across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
oOwn and define test strategies for stories, features, and team deliverables.
oProvide guidance on testing patterns, frameworks, and best practices across teams.
oContribute to enterprise QA initiatives and roadmap planning.
oLead automation code reviews, identify risks, and drive continuous improvements.
oApply advanced skills in test strategy, planning, and automation frameworks.
oTroubleshoot complex system issues, integrating testing solutions across technologies.
oPartner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
oMentor junior and mid-level test engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
o8+ years of software testing experience; bachelor’s or equivalent experience.
oExpertise in UI, API, and Mobile testing with advanced automation experience.
oStrong background in non-functional testing (performance, security, scalability).
oProficiency in modern test automation tools, CI/CD, and test data management.
oProven ability to design and implement test architecture and frameworks.
oExperience using AI-powered test frameworks: designing and building advanced automation leveraging AI/ML for capabilities such as self-healing tests, autonomous test generation, and intelligent test prioritization.
oStrong collaboration and communication skills with a leadership mindset.
What We’re Looking For
oIndependent and results-driven with advanced technical testing expertise.
oStrong business and technical acumen with the ability to integrate solutions.
oCurious about emerging technologies, consistently seeking to improve practices.
oRecognized as a go-to expert for testing challenges and solutions.
