Events & Promotions Manager bei Silver Slipper Casino

Development, coordination and management of all property promotions and special events. Ability to create events that will stimulate traffic flow and increase profitability. Manage and develop Events & Promotions staff.

Essential Job Functions:

• Excellent guest service;
• Develop and communicate promotional and special events schedule for property and interface impacted departments to ensure coordination and success;
• Monitor approved events, promotions and entertainment expenditures with emphasis on quality and budgetary guidelines and control;
• Ensure proper and timely development of special event and promotion performa and P&L;
• Ensure all state regulatory guidelines are met for promotions and special events;
• Coordinate decorations and promotional themes;
• Work with Marketing Department Manager to produce support materials for all special events, promotions and entertainment;
• Identify and book appropriate entertainment for special events, promotions and Casino Show Bar;
• Responsible for supervising load in and out for all scheduled entertainment;
• Ensure promotional literature is properly displayed throughout property;
• Facilitates the dissemination of special event and promotional information throughout the department and property;
• Monitor and track results of all promotions and special events;
• Maintain files and accurate records of all promotions and special events;
• Maintain strict confidentiality;
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.
