Role Summary
World Emblem has invested in 44 state-of-the-art multi-color 3D printers. This role is responsible for turning that capacity into a profitable, scalable product line within 12 months. Acting like a startup founder inside the company, the Venture Lead will own product pilots, market testing, customer feedback, and scaling high-margin niches.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and validate 2–3 high-margin niches for 3D printed emblems and products.
- Launch pilot products within 60 days of hire.
- Manage production workflow, from design to shipping.
- Work directly with customers to refine offers and close sales.
- Track KPIs in the War Room Dashboard and make weekly decisions to scale, tweak, or kill pilots.
- Build a playbook for scaling successful niches company-wide.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years in product management, product marketing, or launching new ventures.
- Experience with physical product manufacturing preferred (apparel, promo products, industrial branding).
- Strong commercial instincts — understands both product and sales.
- Data-driven decision-making; comfortable with KPI tracking.
- High initiative, comfortable owning results without constant supervision
LANGUAGE ABILITY- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred (reading, writing and speaking) Ability to write professional correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and group situations. Strong communication skills.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILIITES- This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.
