The position: We’re looking for 2 Carpenters to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who can perform a variety of duties in the carpentry trade, including maintaining, repairing, and replacing existing installations.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, as required by the trade apprenticeship program
  • Journey-level carpenter or equivalent experience
  • Valid Washington State Driver’s License

What will you do?

  • Build and fix doors, floors, roofs, walls, stairs, cabinets, trim, and concrete forms
  • Repair hardware, weather stripping, and fences
  • Work safely on ladders and swing stages
  • Handle emergency repairs after hours
  • Keep daily stock of materials ready
  • Fix and maintain foundations
  • Help meet crew goals and work plans; stay flexible and team-focused
  • Attend safety meetings, use PPE, report hazards and injuries, follow safety rules
  • Set up and move scaffolding with proper training
