Hanger Bale Specialist-A Shift bei Technimark

Job Summary:
As a three-man operator team, the Hanger Bale Specialist is responsible for leading the Hanger Bale Associates in the efficient and safe operation of the machines. Reports to Plant Manager.

Knowledge | Experience | Skills:
Highschool diploma or GED required. 1-2 yrs. of manufacturing experience preferred. Must operate forklift. Must be able to communicate effectively and lead and direct others. Must be able take direction and follow instructions. Must have good attendance and good performance reviews.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead, direct, oversee, and coordinate the operation of the entire work cell, including directing Hanger Bale Associates, process adjustments and material handling functions
• Ensure each phase of the process is operating properly and adjust as necessary to maintain quality standards for each component
• Assist in the training of new Hanger Bale Associates
• Ensure associates are working together to provide the most efficient process possible
• Monitor the quality of material and make necessary adjustments to maintain standards
• Change settings on the IR sorter when needed
• Sweep and keep work area organized clean at all times
• Must learn all phases of the operation and help in other areas when needed
