The Opportunity

We are looking for a Maintenance Planner to join our Maintenance team and play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

This role is responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities through FIIX, coordinating contract service providers, supporting the Maintenance team with site maintenance activities, and managing our engineering/maintenance stores including inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships.

How You Will Make a Difference

  • Lead maintenance planning in CMMS, including BOMs, PMs, equipment histories, KPIs, and compliance reporting.
  • Liaise with reliability, production, and contractor teams to ensure timely and effective maintenance execution.
  • Plan and oversee major overhaul activities, budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Manage engineering stores: inventory accuracy, supplier partnerships, stock control, and 5S-aligned layout.
  • Conduct stocktaking, manage critical spares, and ensure availability of parts for scheduled and reactive work.
  • Partner with procurement and vendors for cost-effective and timely supply of quality parts.
  • Drive continuous improvement through problem-solving, analysis, and best-practice coaching.
  • Champion safety by participating in the Kinrise Never Walk By practice and ensuring compliance with HSEQ standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 4 years’ experience in maintenance or manufacturing (FMCG preferred).
  • Proven experience in stock control and planning.
  • Mechanical or Electrical trade qualification essential; Engineering degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Proficiency in database/CMMS systems (FIIX and SAP highly regarded).
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
  • Team-oriented, values-driven, and committed to continuous improvement.
