Job Purpose

We have an exciting hybrid opportunity for a Temporary Payroll Administrator to assist in the modernization of a multi-state, multi-FEIN payroll department. Utilizing key skills such as time management, attention to detail, and effective communication, you will be responsible for the day-to-day system maintenance and payroll processing activities for assigned pay groups from start to finish.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle day to day payroll processing in ADP Vantage.
  • Calculate, confirm and transmit payrolls for each assigned pay group.
  • Process data changes including new hires, pay rate changes, terminations, etc.
  • Respond to payroll related inquiries and collaborate with partners to resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist the team in identifying and implementing process improvement and efficiencies.
