Host - Merwin's Wharf bei Cleveland Metroparks

The Host/Hostess manages the timely and efficient seating of guests at Merwin's Wharf.

• Regular and predictable attendance is expected and required. All Cleveland Metroparks employees must be prepared to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as required.
• Assigns patrons to table suitable for their needs and according to rotation so servers receive an appropriate number of seatings.
• Greets guests upon their arrival and seats them and provides menus.
• Answers phones to take reservations, respond to customer inquiries, or transfer calls to the appropriate staff member.
• Maintains a clean, safe facility and ensures compliance with health department codes and regulations.
• Assist restaurant staff as needed.
