We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Draft Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our draft beer is the best tasting draft beer in the market. This position will clean and maintain draft lines and equipment in their assigned accounts. This position will develop and maintain good relationships with our retailers and maintain up to date cleaning information through our Line Cleaning Survey Process. You will provide training for our teams, manage parts inventory, and assist with routing efficiency

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- 2+ years of experience in the beer/beverage industry or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the beer industry and market trends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
