The role in the digital industry is multifaceted, involving a combination of strategic planning, data analysis, and operational responsibilities.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Turn data into insights by analyzing market trends, performance metrics, and customer behavior.
Build sales plans and forecasts in alignment with business priorities.
Optimize sales processes and tools to improve efficiency and scale.
Enable the sales team with training, playbooks, and resources.
Track and report KPIs through dashboards and performance reviews.
Collaborate across teams (Marketing, Product, Finance) to ensure strategic alignment.
1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 -7 years of business strategy operation experience, experience in business operations such as media platforms or consulting companies is preferred;
2. Possess strong executive ability and solid data ability, be able to systematically sort out and solve problems, and be able to independently output industry analysis reports is preferred;
3. High work initiative, strongly self-driven, and strong ability to resist pressure;
4. Strong cross-team communication skills, quick thinking, ability to get results, and good adaptability are preferred;
5. Technical knowledge to handle big data sets, BI tools and executive reports for sales
6. English: Advanced or fluent (mandatory).
