About IMS:

Integrated Marketing Services (IMS) supports Maersk’s Global communication requirements by developing strategy, global & regional campaigns, tactical assets and regional adapts and using digital touchpoints to go the extra mile to service our customers in the best possible way 

 

In tandem, our Sales Content Excellence team partners cross-functionally to help the sales organisation succeed. We are advocates of sales reps and support them by providing high-quality content for all stages of the buyer journey, best practices, knowledge, tools and technology throughout the sales process to push beyond standard performance norms and deliver excellence.  

 

Together, as sales and marketing become more intertwined, we are ensuring there is synergy in the communication flow between marketing and sales & hence transforming the way our frontline sales teams talk to customers, to improve the performance of our organization's sales force.

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional who understands the critical role of sales enablement in business success. We are looking for someone focused on optimizing delivery and fostering strong stakeholder relationships to enhance the sales content function.

Key Responsibilities (What you will do) 

Strategy Contribution & Goals-Driven: 

  • Contribute to the execution of the sales content strategy and assist in presenting the roadmap for sales content initiatives. 

  • Manage and execute key projects/initiatives that support the growth and enhancement of the sales content excellence function. 

  • Build and maintain strong equity with stakeholders, fostering trust in the team's output. 

Content Development: 

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the necessary sales resources and content that maximize sales team productivity and effectiveness. 

  • Create frameworks that support building of sales collaterals 

  • Ability to identify what content works best along the B2B buyer journey and the ability to define right content which is fit for purpose. 

Project Execution & Delivery Management: 

  • Ensure smooth collaborative and cross-functional project execution. 

  • Maintain a central overview of the project execution process, interacting regularly with teammates, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure assets are delivered on time, as planned, and achieve specific results. 

Stakeholder Management: 

  • Effectively engage, manage, and collaborate with various stakeholders involved in projects to ensure positive outcomes. 

  • Deliver crisp and clear communication to all stakeholders, leveraging effective communication to influence positive outcomes. 

Pursuit of ROI: 

  • Collaborate closely with the respective teams to track, measure, analyze, and optimize sales enablement initiatives for efficient ROI. 

  • Continuously seek opportunities to optimize assets to ensure optimal performance. 

Division of Efforts: 

  • 25% of your time will be dedicated to contributing to strategic developments and planning. 

  • 75% of your time will be devoted to enhancing and overseeing operational efficiency and project execution. 

Qualification & Experience 

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with 8-10 years of experience in a B2B environment, preferably having performed a similar role. 

  • Strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and training. 

  • Experience in content strategy and go-to-market sales assets. 

  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and adapt to situations with agility, while paying attention to detail. 

  • Self-motivated, with a drive to improve processes and contribute to functional excellence. 

  • Excellent communication skills & a fast learner. 

  • Proven ability to build strong internal relationships with sales and marketing. 

  • Experience with content management and learning management systems is a plus.
