We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic IT Chapter Lead to join our Leadership Team of Investment & Funds Entrusted
As IT Chapter Lead you´ll be responsible of the following products:
- Pension Plans
- Broker
- Core banking Transformation Program
The IT Chapter Lead, within its domain, collaborates closely with key stakeholders to drive product delivery, ensuring that all solutions are seamlessly integrated and aligned with business objectives.
Emphasizing Investment product evolution and operational efficiency, the IT Chapter Lead strives to create a healthier and more sustainable technological landscape.
Your key responsibilities:
As IT Chapter Lead of Investment & Funds Entrusted you will:
- Align and coordinate Business and Tech strategy execution.
- Coordinate the execution of priority Business and Technical initiatives, guaranteeing Business delivery and Tech standards compliance.
- Team Autonomy: Foster a culture of autonomy within the team (around 10 Software Engineers), empowering members to take ownership of their work.
- Manage end-to-end Investment products development, ensuring seamless integration and delivery:
- Design systems with resilience in mind and proactively manage incidents to minimize downtime and ensure continuity. Support in Production by analysis and fixing any bugs that occurs. Contribute to improve the technical discipline by collaborating with the cross technical chapter. Learn of errors.
- Develop, test and deploy modular systems that enhance flexibility and scalability ensuring that they meet the requirements of functionality, quality and performance of the customer.
- Implement sustainable technology practices that minimize environmental impact.
- Deliver in Production a working software by giving the best use to technology and development practices.

What are we looking for?
- Managerial skills and inspiration to continuing working in this matter.
- Proven track of excellent Product delivery achievements
- Engineering’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- Passionate
- Strong analytical, people management and communication skills
- Able to work in an autonomous way and to take initiative
- Loving to collaborate with different people
- Making things happen and ‘can do’ attitude
- Deeply understand the intricacies of Investment products to ensure they meet client needs and regulatory standards.
Proven track record and technical skills
Essential:
- Java, Spring, Microservices patterns and practices, Docker, Openshift/Kubernets.
- Design Patterns, SOLID, Clean Code, Software Craftmanship
- Best practices in testing
- DevOps and Agile culture
Nice to have:
- Logging, monitoring and alerting microservices
- Hexagonal architecture
- Event-Driven architecture
- Feature Flags
- Contract Testing
- Reactive programming
