Overview:

The Data Quality Specialist will work within a centralized data team and is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of pivotal data points across an array of electronic data systems. This detail-oriented position will perform thorough quality screenings and verifications of data to support precise financial processing, performance monitoring, and contract compliance.

Min:USD $19.24/Hr.Max:USD $21.64/Hr.Responsibilities:

Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

  • Utilize system reports, dashboards, and other tools to ensure data alignment between the internal case management system, provider portals, and state databases.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and contract providers to identify and perform appropriate resolutions to data discrepancies, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Verify new provider facilities for client placement availability upon submission by contract providers.
  • Perform verification checks of client information following client enrollment.
  • Communicate with providers to address any trends in data gaps or deficiencies, and act as a point of contact for data quality support.
  • Work collaboratively with Data Quality Supervisor to identify/address opportunities for improvement in workflows and software configuration.
  • Process sensitive data, such as legal documents and financial authorizations, with a high level of integrity in alignment with protocol.
  • Perform all duties within contract, state and federal regulations, company policy, and regulatory agency standards.
  • May be required to drive vehicles, be insurable with our auto insurance provider, and complete company vehicle training.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED REQUIRED. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Statistics, Computer Science, Human Services, or related field preferred. Additional years of relative work experience may substitute for educational requirements. Minimum 3 years of experience in data review, record auditing, reconciliation, and/or compliance monitoring. Experience utilizing billing and/or EHR software preferred. Familiarity with child welfare is a plus.
