Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Carpenters for a project located in Ruther Glenn, VA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $20/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Carpenter and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
- Installation & repair; wooden fixtures, structures, cabinets, furniture, shelving, doors, plaques etc.
- Framing
- Finish work; painting, staining etc
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Must have High school Diploma; GED or equivalent
- Ability to read & understand architectural drawings
- Ability to construct metal framing partition walls; drywall, finish & painting
- Ability to use power tools
- Experience with record keeping
- Must be able to lift 100 LBS; 60 lbs for an extended periods of time
- Must be comfortable working from heights
