Job Function: Support Inbound Licensing Forecasting and Reporting; collaborating with Inbound Licensing Team, IT, Finance and Accounting

  • Prepare Inbound licensing royalty reports
    1. Run and maintain periodic BI sales reports
    2. Gather sales from pallets, displays & bundle items with apportionments
    3. Prep and format reports according to Licensor requirements for management review
  • Run data for forecasting – maintain data tables and data sets:
    1. Collaborating with Inbound Licensing to identify and track new skus and item variants from Inbound Licensing master lists and BI reports.
    2. Pull and track pallets, displays, bundles and piece counts & co brand apportionments
    3. Assist with forecast prep according to Licensor requirements for management review
  • Maintain licensed sales data for Royalty Expense accruals for management prep.
  • Support Inbound Licensing & Finance with data analysis
    1. Leverage tools such as Excel and Power BI for advanced data analysis.
    2. Collect, clean, and analyze financial and operational data to support business decision-making.
    3. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data sources used in financial analysis
    4. Develop financial models, dashboards, and reports to track performance and key metrics.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; and experience with analysis tools preferred.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI) for data extract, visualization and reporting.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.


Salary: 

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 /year
