Salary Range: $90,000 - $95,000 (Commensurate with experience).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
•    Act as ERP knowledge owner, managing the ERP training content library (versioning, updates, LMS integration).
•    Partner with IT and external vendors (ClickLearn, WalkMe, etc.) to ensure ERP training content aligns with system updates.
•    Design and deliver ERP training content:
o    eLearning, simulations, microlearning, and job aids.
o    Instructor-led ERP system training sessions.
•    Facilitate ERP training in English and Vietnamese/Spanish.
•    Support ERP onboarding for new hires and ERP curriculum rollout.
•    Track ERP adoption and effectiveness using LMS data and feedback surveys.
•    Provide governance and upkeep of ERP learning tools (ClickLearn, WalkMe).
•    Partner with leaders to embed ERP reinforcement into shift huddles and operations.


Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: 
•    Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, OD, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•    3+ years ERP or systems training experience, preferably in manufacturing.
•    Bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese or English and Spanish required (spoken and written).
•    Strong technical aptitude and ability to simplify ERP processes for diverse learners.
•    Experience in instructional design and adult learning.
Preferred (Not Required) Education and/or Work Experience: 
•    Experience with DAP tools (ClickLearn, WalkMe, or similar).
•    Previous ERP implementation training experience.
•    Vendor management experience with ERP learning tools.


Work Conditions: 
•    Works full-time (8 hr. shift), 40 hours per week. 
o    Schedule flexibility may be required to conduct training during evening shifts.
•    Works indoors in a well-lit office environment but includes time on the manufacturing floor as needed.
•    This job operates in a professional office environment which is quiet. This role also routinely performs duties in a manufacturing / production environment. The production environment can be moderately loud to loud.
•    While in the production environment, this role may be exposed to moving parts and equipment.
•    Required to wear safety shoes, glasses, hearing protection, hair net, and other PPE as applicable.

•    Occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
•    Frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
•    Specific vision abilities required by this job, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
•    Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, and controls. May bend and twist their body.
