Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide “Best in Class” Customer Service to all customers to exceed customer’s expectations.
• Engage customers and other teammates in a professional manner at all times.
• Review workload and estimate schedule to continuously maximize efficiency.
• Prepare estimates for scheduled customers and non-drive estimates within 1 day of arrival.
• Maintain exceptional CSI and DRP scorecards above company standards.
• Complete a blueprint process for an accurate repair plan and work closely with the repair technician.
• Submit parts orders to the parts department utilizing CCC tasks accurately and timely.
• Maintain communication throughout the repair process with insurance representatives and customers.
• Maintain files daily and record accurate detailed documentation.
• Assist with quality control to assure all aspects of the repair has been completed.
• Prepare final billing prior to completed repairs.
• Close files daily to achieve weekly sales goals.
• Review Account Receivables and open repair orders weekly with management.
• Participate in continued education and training.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Four years experience as an estimator preferred.
• DRP & CCCOne experience preferred.
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
