The Big Task

You will be the first point of contact with our customers, turning incoming calls into booked service appointments while delivering a professional, personable experience that reflects our values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert incoming customer calls into scheduled service appointments.

  • Deliver call scripts with clarity, professionalism, and authenticity.

  • Build rapport with customers, resolving concerns and encouraging repeat business.

  • Maintain accurate customer information in the database.

  • Support company reputation by handling complaints quickly and favorably.

  • Partner with dispatch and management for smooth scheduling.

  • Participate in training sessions to continually grow skills and improve results.

  • Contribute to outbound calling efforts to maximize booked calls.
