Content Writer

WebCE is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Content Writer for the Life and Health Insurance line, dedicated to crafting engaging and interactive online continuing education courses. Experience and/or knowledge in the securities industry is a plus, as a significant portion of this role will involve developing cross-over courses that integrate concepts from both insurance and securities education. Key Responsibilities:

Your daily responsibilities will include a wide range of activities, such as content creation, market research, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Leveraging your expertise in content development, you will produce content that is both informative and inspiring.

But it does not stop there. As a Content Writer, you will be at the helm of your projects from inception to launch, ensuring that every detail is meticulously crafted to perfection. And with the opportunity to work closely with talented freelancers and collaborate with colleagues across departments, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering excellence.

Qualifications:

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher. Ideal applicants will have at least 2 years of experience in creating and developing training and educational materials for adult learners. 2 or more years of substantive content editing experience is helpful. Any familiarity with insurance concepts, products, or regulations will be beneficial. Securities knowledge is a plus.

This position may qualify for remote work based on specific criteria including home state restrictions. Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer and/or phone
• Occasional requirements to lift or transport light items (e.g., laptops or office materials), typically not exceeding 10 lbs.
