Introduction Are you looking for meaningful part-time work that fits your life? DMBA's Member Services department is excited to be hiring multiple part-time Customer Support Specialists! In this role, you'll make a real difference by helping our participants over the phone with provider-related questions and transactions.

We're looking for enthusiastic team members to deliver exceptional support through phone and email while building valuable knowledge in employee benefits. This experience can open doors to future growth and advancement within our organization.

  • Remote flexibility - work from home with only one monthly onsite meeting at our Salt Lake City office.
  • Comprehensive training - a 12-14-week training program designed to set you up for success, starting with one week onsite training followed by virtual classroom training via Teams.

  • Part-time schedule - 18-19 hours per week, perfect for balancing work and life.
  • Competitive Pay - $21.37 per hour.
  • One year contract - We're seeking a candidate for a one-year contract, with strong potential for extension based on your contributions and the company's priorities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Must be a Utah resident and live within 2 hours of Salt Lake City

  • Previous experience in a customer service call center or phone-based support role
